Liposomal Magnesium Optinerve is a special designed composition, of the highly active minerals magnesium, selenium, zinc, chromium, with addition of taurine. A magnesium deficiency can manifest itself in various symptoms:

Cramping in the muscles, especially the legs
Tingling or numb feeling
Fatigue and/or insomnia
Headaches and migraines
Restlessness, difficulty concentrating

Water; sweetener: xylitol; emulsifier: lecithin (Sunflower); humectant; glycerol; magnesium (as magnesium bisglycinate); acidity regulator: citric acid; taurine; emulsifier: polysorbate 80; preservative: potassium sorbate; zinc (as zinc glycinate); selenium (as selenomethionine); chromium (as chrome picolinate); flavouring: mint; antioxidant: alpha-tocopherol.

1x5ml Directly into the mouth or in the glass of water, unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.

Contains 31,25 mg magnesium, 0,8 mg zinc, 4,55 μg, selenium, 3,65 μg chromium, 25 mg taurine per 5ml.
