Dosage

Individual need may vary. Start with 2 grams (1 scoop) per day and gradually increase as needed to a maximum of 4 grams (2 scoops) per day.

The daily dose can be taken in one go, but can also be divided into 2 to 3 portions throughout the day. Do not exceed the daily amount. Dissolve 1 to 2 scoops per day in 250 ml of warm or cold water, unless otherwise advised, preferably before a meal.

Super fijn product

Fijne Magnesium, vooral voor het slaap gaan. Dan neem ik het in, wordt ik lekker rustig van.
